Většinou se jede striktně systémově. Pravidla jsou téměř na vše. a nová neustále vznikají. Některá jsou dobrá. ale některá jsou nedobrá. někteří vedoucí na nich trvají dogmaticky. a to i v případě, že jsou nesmyslná

Firma se asi opravdu stará o zaměstnance a snaží se být jedničkou na trhu. málokdy se redukuje personál. To už musí být. a většinou jen na základě osobních ambivalencí. Jinak si firma hraje na rodinnou, i když už je to "koncern". Rakouská matka ctí odbory. v Kaplici jsou odbory "na baterky".
